Hmmmm. On the Kriya junkies tribe the moderator, I believe, posted a meditation saying it was "Guru Dev's favorite kriya". I appreciate someone sharing any of the kriyas that Guru Dev teaches, they are treasures. But the few times I've had the honour to study with him "his favorite kriya" is always different.
I've studied with him in 4 different countries, in two different languages (much nicer listening to/speaking with him in his native Spanish) and imo, his fav. or the "homework" for the group, has to do with the time, place and the energy of group itself.
