hot off the press. I just bought a copy at the Yoga Festival in France. Interestingly, when I read it, after 4 pages at max, I go off/am meditated. Has that happened to anyone else?
When I asked Ambrosio , who wrote the book, about it, he smiled and said that happened to Guru Dev when he was working on the book. Then when I mentioned it to Guru Dev, he told me that that happened to Ambrosio when he was writing the book.
I went to all 4 days of Guru Dev's workshops at the festival and had a private session with him. Such a master.
I can't wait for his visit to Barcelona, when he's lecturing for our SNR training.

Re: New English Edition of SNR book....
Tue, August 23, 2005 - 5:08 PMI was at Golden Bridge in LA for a 1 1/2 hr. workshop with Guru Dev and they had copies of the new edition of the book there. So it should be getting around the US soon.
I took some notes at the workshop. He started by asking us (about 60 people) What is the goal of Kundalini? HE SAID IT ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE A THERAPY.
After many comments that he mostly shrugged off as too psychological, he offered "The purpose of Kunalini yoga is to live a sacred life."
